Smart Shuffle

Playlist checkmarks

Gapless playback

Continuous playback is now treated as a first-class mode for live albums, DJ sets, and track runs that should not break between songs.

Crossfade stays available, but now fits more cleanly with updated audio rules and more deliberate queue management.

Emoji and status

Profiles can now surface an emoji and short status so work, home, and shared profiles are easier to tell apart.

`.ultimate-profile` export and import

Profile state moves through an encrypted file. It packages profile data, not your music files, which remain local on disk.

Richer artist info

Artist views can surface more context where external sources confirm it: short bios, related releases, and extra metadata around the artist page.

Careful use of external sources

The local library still comes first, while external info remains optional and may be unavailable offline or temporarily unreachable.

New progress styles

Line, wave, and spectrum options are available for mini-player and playback progress UI.
